1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Beautivo macOS application, Beautivo website, customer support communications, and related services operated by ONYX TECH CO., LTD.

2. Information Beautivo may access

Beautivo requests camera access to display, process, and provide real-time camera video through supported beauty effects and virtual camera functionality. It may use technical information necessary to operate locally, including the selected camera, supported formats, resolution, frame rate, macOS version, app version, Camera Extension status, and locally displayed performance or error information.

Beautivo does not require access to contacts, precise location, photos, calendars, or personal documents in the reviewed release.

3. Camera data and third-party video components

Beautivo processes camera frames to provide live preview, supported beauty and facial effects, and virtual camera output. The reviewed release includes third-party video-processing components. Those components may establish network connections for licensing, activation, diagnostics, resource delivery, or service operation. Beautivo does not intentionally upload your camera feed for storage by ONYX TECH CO., LTD.

Because third-party component behavior can change by SDK release and configuration, we do not describe the current release as fully offline.

4. Audio and microphone

The reviewed release does not request microphone permission and does not provide an audio-processing feature. Audio used by a destination meeting, recording, or streaming app is controlled by that app.

5. Personal information

Beautivo does not require a user account. The app does not ask for your name, address, phone number, contact list, camera recordings, or payment-card information. When you contact support, we may receive information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, device information, screenshots, logs, and message content.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

Beautivo offers automatically renewing monthly and annual subscriptions through Apple’s StoreKit and the Mac App Store. Eligible users may receive a seven-day introductory free trial. Apple processes purchases, determines introductory-offer eligibility, verifies transactions, manages renewals and cancellations, and handles refunds.

We do not receive your full payment-card number. Apple provides transaction and entitlement information needed for Beautivo to determine whether a trial or subscription is active, expired, revoked, or refunded and to restore eligible purchases.

7. Analytics and diagnostics

The reviewed app source does not include a third-party advertising analytics or crash-reporting SDK. The embedded video SDK may process licensing, activation, diagnostic, or operational information as described above. Local performance information may be displayed inside the app.

8. Website data

The Beautivo website may receive standard technical information sent by your browser or processed by our hosting provider, including IP address, browser and device type, requested page, date and time, and security or performance logs. Cloudflare may process network and security data for hosting, content delivery, DNS, and abuse prevention.

9. Cookies

The website does not use advertising cookies or behavioral tracking. Strictly necessary technologies may be used for security, hosting, or basic operation.

10. Third-party services

• Apple Inc. — app distribution, subscriptions, introductory-offer eligibility, transaction verification, entitlement restoration, refunds, macOS services, and Camera Extension functionality.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, delivery, DNS, and security.
• Third-party video processing technology provider — embedded video processing, licensing, activation, diagnostics, resource delivery, and related operational connectivity.

11. Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers needed for app distribution, website operation, support, or security; when required by law; to protect users and our rights; or during a business reorganization subject to applicable law.

12. Data retention

Beautivo does not automatically record video as part of its core workflow. Camera frames are retained only as necessary for real-time processing unless you use a separate destination app to record or stream. Support communications and technical website logs may be retained as needed for service, security, abuse prevention, and legal obligations.

13. Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information handled by our services. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

14. Children’s privacy

Beautivo is not directed to children under the minimum age required to independently consent to data processing in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the core application.

15. International users

ONYX TECH CO., LTD. is located in Thailand. Support or website information may be processed in Thailand or where our service providers operate.

16. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information. Contact support@onyxtech.co.th. We may need to verify your request.

17. Changes

We may update this policy when Beautivo, applicable law, or our service providers change. The latest version will appear here with a revised date.
