Terms of Use for Beautivo

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, subscribing to, purchasing, or using Beautivo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Beautivo.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you use Beautivo for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

3. License

Subject to these Terms and Apple’s applicable license terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Beautivo for personal or authorized business purposes on compatible Apple devices.

You may not redistribute the app, sell or sublicense it, bypass subscription or access controls, reverse engineer it except where law permits, violate privacy or intellectual-property laws, or use its output fraudulently or harmfully.

4. Camera and virtual camera use

Beautivo processes camera input and may make the processed image available through a virtual camera. You are responsible for permissions from people on camera, compliance with recording and consent laws, effect selection, destination-app configuration, and lawful use.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Beautivo Pro is offered through automatically renewing monthly and annual subscriptions in the Mac App Store. Apple displays the price, billing period, local currency, taxes, trial eligibility, and renewal terms before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. An active verified trial or subscription is required for Beautivo Pro access.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel them through your Apple Account. Deleting Beautivo does not cancel an active subscription.

6. Free trials

Eligible new subscribers may receive a seven-day free trial. Apple determines eligibility. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected plan automatically converts to a paid, renewing subscription at the price displayed by Apple.

7. Prices, restoration, and refunds

Prices may vary by country or region and may change. Apple provides notices or consent requests where required. Eligible purchases may be restored using the same Apple Account through Beautivo’s Restore Purchases action. Apple processes payments and refund requests under its policies.

8. Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee support for every camera, Mac, macOS version, destination app, resolution, or frame rate.

9. Third-party applications

Beautivo may be used with compatible third-party apps. We are not responsible for their availability, updates, camera behavior, recording or streaming, privacy practices, or compatibility changes. References do not imply endorsement or partnership.

10. User content and rights

You remain responsible for video, images, streams, recordings, and other content created or transmitted using Beautivo, and must have all necessary rights and permissions.

11. Prohibited use

You may not use Beautivo to harass, exploit, impersonate, deceive, harm others, violate privacy or publicity rights, distribute unlawful content, bypass platform restrictions, infringe rights, introduce malware, interfere with the app, or commit fraud.

12. Privacy

Your use is also governed by the Beautivo Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimer

Beautivo is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every app, or error-free results. Performance varies with Mac and camera hardware, drivers, resolution, frame rate, lighting, effect settings, destination app, macOS version, and system load.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONYX TECH CO., LTD. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use Beautivo. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Indemnity

Where permitted by law, you agree to indemnify ONYX TECH CO., LTD. against claims arising from unlawful use, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse Beautivo, or create security or legal risk. Provisions that should survive will remain effective.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, excluding conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

18. Apple terms

Where applicable, use of an Apple-distributed version is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

19. Changes

We may update these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised date. Continued use after changes means acceptance where permitted by law.
